CLEANING

Medical products must exhibit a defined and continuous state of cleanliness. The goal is to reduce the microbiological, particulate, and chemical burden. Therefore, inpac Medizintechnik offers the following cleaning procedures.

• Washing and disinfection machine, with and without detergent substances
• Rinsing bath with and without Isopropanol (IPA)
• Ultrasonic bath with and without IPA
• Wipe disinfection
• Plasma cleaning

Together with our customer, we develop cleaning procedures in accordance with product characteristics that meet the standards and legal requirements concerning to medical products. Our validation team is at your disposal for planning and executing the cleaning validation process. The basis of this work is a constant, validated manufacturing process as a start point for inpac processes. Upon request, we can support you in analyzing the pre-processing steps.
